The people I knew recommended me to read TOG first and ACOTAR second.

Acotar put me in a book slump. I suggest reading acotar first then tog to pull you out. I loved the first book but later I just started loosing interest. Tog def my fav series. In the end order doesn’t matter as long as you like SJMs writing.
