This will sound like I am being facetious, but it is a quote from a spammer!
Advertising for work as a plumber, venetian blinds for sale, fake university degrees...
If you have come across one it is better to contact Support (Staff) as in 99.9% of cases the spam quote is made by a spam profile - & only Support can delete those.
