Because the unclaimed profile has followers, Goodreads staff needs to merge the two accounts. Had there been no followers and only a book or two under the unclaimed profile, you could have edited the individual books if you wanted.

When you contact GR Support, please also ask them to remove the extra spaces from the GR author, otherwise imports will recreate the 1-space profile.

The main one, the one that has the most works, is the one that uses 3 spaces after L. (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...)
And another one that contains one space after L. (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...)
I cannot combine the accounts because the 3 spaces account has been claimed by the author and thus cannot be edited. I can change all the extra account author names to have 3 spaces but it seems silly to have the one author and their main page to be the 3 space one.
Any advice on what to do? It is a bit of a mess that could use a cleaning up. :)
