Adding a book to series

Hi apologies if this is the wrong page. I am trying to add Divinity Blooms to my series on my author page. I tried following the add series instructions but the error not authorised to do this appeared.
I have also updated the cover and I think the missing dot after the S, S. Hall-Wood, is causing issues on this older version of the cover. I'm unsure When this will update.
The series starts with Never Yours which I already have listed on my profile.
the ASIN number for Divinity blooms is B0DRZL14LC paperback and B0DNG7DKSP ebook. The Series is Prophecy. The publisher is my own website http://www.shadowkraft.co.uk
Divinity Blooms is set to publish on February the 2nd and I have it set to get arcs in booksprout.

Thank you very much for your help. Arthur and Sabrett are both cross over characters in this prequal but I understand your point and perhaps I could adjust both blurbs to reflect this more. Thank you again.
