christina | 1 comments Just finished reading "Blindness" by José Saramago and translated by Juan Sager. This book is based in Portugal. I did review it on my page so I wont say much here. Sadly I didn't enjoy this one. I struggled finishing it and almost DNF it about a dozen times. It's pretty much a story about everyone becoming blind except one person. (Trigger warning) There is a lot of talk about excrement and also parts that have to do with things like forced sexual encounters. This book has no quotation marks to track when and who is speaking. This book also scarcely uses periods and uses long run on sentences and paragraphs with lots of comma's. I know this book has a pretty decent rating but it just wasn't for me.
