The rose and the pomegranate is amazing! And by the same author Leah toole she has a series on the Tudor children that is amazing!
I have no other potentials to add right now, but I want to say that I love how many new tudor-books I figure out because of y'all! Excited to follow along for the February read.
I will nominate In Search of a Kingdom: Francis Drake, Elizabeth I, and the Perilous Birth of the British Empire by Laurence Bergreen, and To Shield the Queen by Fiona Buckley. And with that I close nominations.
The poll is now open. You'll find it at the top of the group's Polls page, the bottom of its Home page, or here: https://www.goodreads.com/poll/show/3... .
If voting ended now (which it does not), it would result in a runoff between The Rose and the Pomegranate and Winter King: Henry VII and the Dawn of Tudor England.

If it's in a series, can it be easily read as a stand-alone? If not, you might want to nominate the first book in the series, or the most recent book in it the group has not read together.
Two nominations to a person, please.
