Group Read - The God of the Woods general No Spoilers

Our first Group Read of 2025 is Liz Moore's The God of the Woods.
It must be very popular as I have seen it as a group read on other Goodreads groups this month too and there is a long wait at the library for a copy.

Well. I finished it already. Never expected to finish this fast. But I couldn’t slow it down. No spoilers. I will wait to post further thoughts until later. But I do love it!

I hate to spend your Audible credits for you, but is that an option?

Carol: I think God of the Woods will be my free Amazon Music audible book for January so I can save a credit - I should be able to select a new one today. will see what happens. I have borrowed and read two so far and understand I can select a new one each month - my date is the 4th for a new selection. I will start it soon after I finish my current Libby borrow that expires in 3 days.

So I did choose The God of the Woods for my free monthly Amazon Unlimited Music audible book for January. I’m about halfway in and look forward to joining the spoilers discussion soon.

I finished the book and I have to say it was good I think I should have read the physical book than the audiobook do to the back and forth timelines.

Related, yesterday I checked the Libby waiting list for the new Suzanne Collins The Hunger Games prequel (audio) at my library and there were 594 people ahead of me. Wow.
