Have added A Very Scalzi Christmas for 'elf', but couldn't get a page #/quote, as I listened to the audio and neither Google books nor amazon are bringing up anything much (just the couple of pages of preview).

There are however many, many mentions of elves in the book, and several of Santa's elves show up as characters too.
