lowri (gcse hiatus) (laddamswilliamsgmailcom) So my best friend keeps on asking me to borrow this book (that I haven't even read yet) but the thing is I know that book will come back with a broken spine and a bent cover 😭 so I don't know how to tell her that I don't want to lend it to her because she keeps asking and I say oh yeah I forgot. So help please guys because I don't want to hurt my bestie's feelings 💗

rae (jurdan's version) just say the truth! i know it’ll seem scary but it’s better than lying esp if she’s your best friend. she’ll understand. say it in a nice way tho but you definitely shouldn’t lie

Addie Hinds | 1 comments I think it would be totally valid to just be honest and say like it’s a book you’ve really been wanting and you want to be able to read it first before giving it out
