Hi all! I'm Mimi, 19, and from California! I'm new to goodreads, I'd love to find some friends and share book recs :)

I've been trying to branch out in genres and read from more diverse perspectives. I love anything that feels introspective (currently reading The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath!). In terms of queer books, I am screaming and crying for more sapphic/aro/ace representation.

Hey mimi, I'm Em she/her, 15 yo it's so nice to meet you 😊 for aro/ace rep i would recommend loveless by alice oseman if you haven't alr read it (it's ya i think) and for sapphic books i would recommend imogen, obviously, some girls do and her royal highness (all ya also), one last stop is a cute magical realism romance which i personally enjoyed a lot, the seven husbands of evelyn hugo which i absolutely loved (ik it doesn't sound sapphic)

also some sapphic books i want to read are late bloomer, count your lucky stars (+ the rest of the series) and delilah green doesn't care (+ rest of aeries) which I've heard are good
