Hi team, before we check in this quest, we still need a story for it.

I'm unable to come up with anything, as I'm having a hard time with executive functioning (logical thinking) & grief issues (my partner died around this time last year). So can someone else please work out the story?

But I'm not sure if this challenge is still going, as I checked-in my solo game nearly 2 weeks ago, with no update to it.

I don't think we need a story. I think that's a third option. We read the books to fight the bounty hunter. We're done.

Donna runs this challenge and has been having some family issues, so she does not have a much time for moderating right now. She will get back to it when she can.

Just checked us in. I'm so sorry I didn't see that message earlier, but for the past couple of weeks up until two days ago I couldn't type due to osteoarthritis in my hands. Hoping not to go through that again! SO PAINFUL!!! Plus, I thought this one wasn't going anywhere because every time I checked on our SS there was nothing new. Hopefully we can finally move forward.

@Donna: I sure hope that things are better with your family situation now. It's rough going through difficult times.

Thank you, Richard and Erica. At least now that I know what was causing the pain I can be more careful about thing such as holding a book or iPhone or iPad to read for hours on end! Gripping things is something the doctor said to be careful about, so I am working on ways to set a book up and my iPhone so I'm not holding them all day.

Because of the drama during the 'proposal stabbing incident', the Drow bounty hunter is deeply entertained — and he’s starting to rethink his mission.
He offers the party a new choice:
• Deliver a “different” valuable object to Bregan D’aerthe in exchange for keeping the sack of flour and ending the Hunter's Mark. You must “borrow” an artifact from a corrupt noble for this mission.
• Or refuse and face "Drow Court" for your crime (spoiler: not a fun experience). Prepare for a trial by combat situation in a shady Underdark tribunal.

I think a book I'm going to read will cover borrowed (for sure) and corrupt character since it's a mystery and I believe a murder takas place.

It is rumored that it is endless and could end world hunger. You now hold this power. However, you have a new mission, so that will have to wait.

Quest #2

After a night in a tavern, each member of the party wakes up in the body of another member with no memory of what happened. One party member's body is gone, however, their mind instead inside a sentient item... a bag of beans.

Are these magic beans? Maybe, maybe not; plant them and find out. Worst case scenario, you could eat them. Do you eat the beans? If they are magic beans, how do you use them? Can you get everyone back in their bodies?

Darkness, I have sun on the cover but I don't have BEANS. I'm reading a book now that I believe qualifies for SUN.

Do you all think this works for sun?


If not, I do have a DIRT book I can read after I'm done with a couple others.

I went ahead and added my SUN book to the SS but I can remove it if someone else needs it and I can do the DIRT book.
