Fans are now saying that pae might die, but since Lauren mentioned a bittersweet ending, Kai might also kill himself or something along those lines. Others believe that Kitt will die, and perhaps Pae and Kai will end the book engaged. There are too many theories, and I'm genuinely scared.

I am nervous because in Powerful there is a quote from Adena's perspective that is along the lines of "no matter how tragic their love story is...." I am scared Pae and Kai won't be endgame but I NEED them to be like I need air to breathe.

But in Powerless many statements from Paedyn talking about how "Adena is going to die when she finds out....Adena is going to die of excitement....." it foreshadows Powerful.... so my anxiety for Fearless ending is skyrocketing the closer we get to the release date.
