Abridged versione of book, combining or not?

Hi,
After reading a long thread about combining abridged editions to the main one in policy section (here) and It came to the conclusion of evaluating case to case, so
I have an Italian book that contains only a chapter from Alexandre Dumas longer book, Le capitaine Aréna. Should the editions be separated or combined?
I vote for separate but I'd like other opinions, thanks

A book that is only one chapter should not be combined with the complete book.
