Don't Borrow Trouble.-The idea behind that saying is that, since you don't know how things are going to turn out in the future, and you can't control them anyway, it does you no good to worry about them. When you worry about things, you end up borrowing trouble from the future that you may not have to deal with anyway, so don't do that-don't borrow trouble.-
