Could you tell me what’s on those last pages? (acknowledgments, afterwords, appendices, bibliographies, and so on)

The text ends on page 282, followed by a blank page and then a 2 page spread before the end pages that advertise Whitman Classics on one page and Adventure and Mystery Books on the opposite page. It lists book titles.
