Rachel Ramey | 3 comments I hear from moms all the time who are stressed and overwhelmed. They feel like life is passing them by while they scramble to keep up with all the things. Maybe they feel guilty that they're not doing as much with their kids as they think they should. And everything feels like just trying to catch up so that in some elusive "someday" they can enjoy life.

Maybe that's you. It used to be me.

Although we all have "those days" every now and then, if you're *routinely* overwhelmed, stressed, and burned out, it's probably because you're trying to live a life *society* says you should be living (even if it's "Christian society" that dictated it), rather than one _you_ decided you want, by getting your "marching orders" from God and letting everything else go.

But in order to live a life that’s authentic to who you are and what you believe, you have to *know* who you are and what you believe. And you might not even know how to organize the housework, let alone figure out what feels like existential questions! I mean, really, how are you supposed to spend time figuring out "who you are" when you don't even have time to clean the toilet?!

It's doable (and not nearly as "woo" as it might sound). See, a life built on practices without conscious regard for principles is *complicated*. It keeps you scrambling -- and it doesn't always transition well to different seasons of life or with changes like new technology.

A life based on principles put into practice is simple. It's also more fulfilling and enjoyable because it maintains integrity between what you say (or think) you believe and the life you're actually living.

What if I could show you how to identify what's important to you, and then how to put that into practice (how to set and use goals, create effective routines and systems, etc.)?

In The ABCs of BIG-Impact Homemaking, you'll learn to strip away all the outside expectations and be effective at what really matters, by learning to use who you Are, what you Believe, and Conduct-driving Concepts to take dominion over your life, to-do list, and your own little corner of the world.

I would really appreciate reviews to help this get launched. The book is available via Kindle Unlimited, but if you don't have KU, I'm also happy to send PDF copies to some folks who are willing to take a look and post a review (preferably to Amazon, but here is good, too).
