I tried to find any source that uses this cover, but everyone seems to use the cover with darker shades (like here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...). The only source with this cover is a bookshop (which is an invalid source), but the ISBN matches the edition with the darker shades. It seems like this was the first version of the cover (it was added by the author) but was later changed. The book has not yet been published, and even the author only uses the darker cover now.
(I also checked whether this edition might be an ARC, but I couldn't find any evidence of that.)
No, not at this time. The book is presently involved in a Giveaway, and librarians were advised by the former moderator not to do this sort of edit on Giveaway books.
