Need help with book cover image for paperbacks please

Hello,

Could you please help me add the cover image to my independently published versions (paperbacks) of "Saving the Statue of Liberty" and "Saving Mount Rushmore"? The cover has appeared for my ebook versions.

Also, Amazon KDP said there is a "gliche" and they are having trouble linking my books on Amazon (so that the reviews appear under my independently published paperbacks as well). If you have any thoughts or suggestions, I would be eager to try them.

If you are the author you should be able to add images yourself
