Instead of submitting a new request repeating its previous details, you'd better search for the request you made a month ago and bump it every now and then (recommended: once every two weeks).

We're overflooded with requests for adding new books/editions and the few librarians still active here in the Goodreads Librarian Group can barely cope. At the moment we have almost 6,000 outstanding requests, some of these dating from September, so please be patient.
