What's that book?! Out of Body Experience related

I am on the hunt for a book that my grandma read about 8 or 9 years ago but she has forgotten the title. She said she loved it so much and would love to read it again. However she doesn't recall very much information about it, like names, author, etc. What I do know is that she read it about 8 or 9 years ago. It was actually an audiobook she listened to. She said it was about this man who has a stroke or heart attack and then has this out of body experience where his soul jumps into other people's bodies. I am wanting to find it before christmas so I can gift it to her as a present but it's not looking great... any help is appreciated! Thank you! - Addri
