what do you do when you like a guy but your parents (specially mother) don't like him (she hates dating & stuff) it's getting bad. should i breakup??? ghost him??? what do i do? PLEASE TELL ME SOMETHING HELPPP

if your mom is against just this guy in general, take it with a grain of salt, im not saying follow her advice, but just keep it in mind

Maybe just talk to your mom about it. Find out why she doesn't like him and talk it out. Or if that doesn't work, maybe just put the dating-him on a hiatus and be really good friends for now. Unless your mom has a really good reason for not liking him, you shouldn't stop liking him.

OMG girl I can say I can connect with you so much with this... my bonus mom doesn't like dating. All I have to say is if you really like this guy and this guy is really good for you, I'd say argue against it and show her that this is a good thing. Let me know if u need anymore advice :)

If u love him stay with him ur mother should respect ur wishes. But if there is a good reason not to like him nd it can effect u then I wouldn't try. Good luck just be careful. U seem as u truely love him so id stay in it if I was u.

Honestly, if your mom just doesn't like the idea of you dating him but there's no reason why she doesn't like him then stay with him
but if there is a reason I'd listen to her.

Hi ✨ honestly I feel like moms have a sense for certain things and especially when you don’t realise it. It might be difficult to calm down and listen and understand her point. But I think it’s better to take your time and hear her out and tell her how you feel. Keep an opening mind. A boy shouldn’t ruin the bond you have with your mother.🫶🩷I hope this helps 🥺
