Merge kindle edition of same book with the rest?

I am really sorry if this is misplaced, it seemed like the most appropriate spot.

As you will see in this link, Scott Eilers has published one book, however it seems that the kindle version of it appears as a whole separate book. Perhaps it can be combined into the existing book as one of its editions?

These titles need to be combined (=grouped together), not merged (=deleted).
This does not require a superlibrarian. Please move your request or repost it to the "Book & Author Page Issues" folder.
