Updating book cover

The current cover image for my book is a generic "Cover image to come" (from MIT Press). I cannot change the book cover image when I go to the edit page. It's not about a new edition of the book, but the original edition, about to be released on December 10. I would really appreciate it if someone could please update the cover image. The cover can be found here:

Why have you changed book format from Kindle to paperback?
The ISBN is different to that shown on MIT listing and the ASIN corresponds to Amazon Kindle listing.

Oh, maybe I made an error. My bad. Can these be reverted and the cover image fixed? Thank you!

As it is Kindle edition I used cover from Amazon
