I need help to get him out of my mind

Hi girlies how is it going?<3
I have a classmate and he's the class representative in uni
Long story short I was nice to him so was he. he did something awful to me and acted rudely though he act pretty polite all the time ( in speech)
Then I stayed away from him and mention to him that I assume him rude and arrogant he reacted not rude then I found out at the beginning of the uni he had back bite me badly a couple of time and I refused talking to him but he didn't know I was upset untill he was talking to someone about me and I heard and I lost my control and kinda mentioned about other times he had done that but not directly
He kinda apologize and said we surely will talk and Didn't come to me again but he made small talks and special notice to me that much that my friends though he has a crush though I'm not interested at him at all
Today he did something bad again and didn't play fair with me and his friends though he's the representative
Now I'm really upset because he annoyed me a couple times today and I don't know how to get it out my mind
And my girlfriends mock me kinda Infront of him and that makes it even worse(they're actually he's friends but kinda mine too)
Just please consider I don't even like him I just don't know how to stop thinking about how I was being played unfair

what annoys me is that I can't say anything about him being unfair about me like I have no right as a student in the class and I'm too weak and stressful to tell him that
and yeah they really do suck
that's why I'm 20 and never have been in a relationship

I mean he doesn't care about my opinion and my friends in the class when there is a decision to make in the class
and he has been worse to me
he doesn't only ignore me
he put he everyone above me in everything and he only do this to me in the class
he's really making it a hard time for me in the class
I don't know what have I did that someone is that hateful to me
