Is that the tandem read for empire of storms and tower of dawn? I’m reading empire of storms rn just on it’s own and here are my thoughts. The benefits of the tandem read is that after finishing you feel connected to both storylines and won’t forget the plot in empire of storms by the time you read kingdom of ash. I’ve also heard that there’s a plot twist at the end of empire of storks that’ll make you want to read kingdom of ash right after.
However, there will end up being a ton of perspectives which you might not like. You might get confused with what’s happening in each book and it might end up feeling like one really long book and take you a while to read

I love TOG and have read all the books and I want to read ACOTAR.It does make the reader feel a lot.
I found the multiple POV's quite interesting in the books I did get confused at first.
But who is your favourite Character?!
@Erica you have to read acotar I’m actually obsessed with itI love all the different perspectives and different characters in throne of glass so it’s so hard to pick a favourite. Maybe Manon tho. Manon x Dorian and Lorcan x Elide are my everything. No spoilers please tho

I did the Tandem read for EOS and TOD and really enjoyed it. After reading it together i couldn’t see myself reading TOD after EOS. EOS ends in a cliffhanger and the next book, TOD basically happens at the same time of EOS. So if you were to read it separately you have to go through everything again.
@erica ACOTAR is sooooo gooood😭 I loved all the books but some people say that you have to go through the first book before you actually start to love it. Rn I am only at Queen of Shadows so I think I did not meet all the characters yet but for now I would say Dorian, he is sooooo sweet🥹 and ofc Celeana, she is so strong, so human I just love her 😭
@Diana that’s why I hesitated, A part of me feels like maybe there was a purpose for SJM to write it like that, in two différents books, but I also I fear it might get long to Read the same story again just in an other pov 🤔
She writes it in a way that the characters dont have the same thing in the POV's sometimes they will most of the time they don't, its more when a big and important scene is on.

I’m almost done with empire of storms and I’m scared for the cliffhanger. I’m on page 610/690. Do you think I could put it down for now, basically catch up on the tandem read for tower of dawn by reading 95% of it and then read the last bit of each book? Would that work or is that just very random
That would work if I wanted. They are set in the same time so it does work if wanted, I read it in the order but I didn't have the Tandem I had to get it after I finished.

I just finished Heir of Fire and I Will soon start Queen of Shadows. Although I have no friends that are reading the series or that had Read it…so I am all alone in that journey, and I would LOVE to have new friends to interract with about the whole Sarah J. Mass universe. I Read all the Acotar series, I am currently getting through Throne of glass and I plan to Read CC as well.
It’s just that Throne of glass makes me feel sooooo many things and I would loooove to be able to talk about it with other people😭
Alsooo I was wondering what are your thoughts about the tandem Read?? I think I would like to do it buuut the multiple POVs in Heir of fire annoyed me, I found it hard to get I to the story when you change of emplacement every couples of chapters. Knowing that, I am wondering if I would appreciate it as much as I thought of not 🤔
