I approached this story expecting a plunge into darkness, but was met with a beginning that was unexpectedly warm and wholesome, completely catching me off guard. Their initial exchange was charmingly sassy, setting the stage for their dynamic—not quite grumpy meets sunshine, but a mix of sarcastic wit and endearing sentimentality that just clicked. When the relationship seemed too perfect (Daria not correcting others when they called Melanie "her girlfriend"), my anxiety skyrocketed. However, the hurt/comfort that ensued from the early plot twist managed to shatter and then mend my heart. A girlfriend avenging her partner while teaching her self-defence is not just heart-stirring but also empowering. Indeed, women who possess lethal prowess are special weakness of mine.)

This is a newly released YA contemporary romance novel by me and am extremely proud of.
Hayden Mallard is a shy, reserved and self-conscious boy starting his junior year at a new school... in a new state. Feeling suffocated from his past while wanting to enjoy life, he tries to see what is out there: high school parties, social outings, dealing with drama, adventures, and, at a desperate time, messaging a fellow high schooler who is using the alias Tokyo. She welcomes him to a new world of music - and he wishes to discover who she is.
Between the real world and online, Hayden must experience the highs and lows of life, learning to deal with real situations, coping with the unknown and facing the consequences of recent and past events.
'From Brisbane To Tokyo While In Orlando, Florida' is a wonderful and deeply moving Young Adult novel about first love, second chances and the power of friendship, growing up, acceptance and life.

I don't like spicy books at all let me make that clear
and I lovee drama, a bit of fiction and books which make me think " what's gonna happen next? "

Crimson Hatfield, also known as Powerhouse, is at a crossroads after eighteen years of military service in a top-secret all-women unit. Leaving her home in West Virginia was supposed to be her escape, but it only deepened the ties to her family's long-running feud with the McCoys. Now, having settled in her sister Aspen's hometown in Western Pennsylvania, she fears the ghosts of her past might come back to haunt her. When she walks into the Hilltop Bar one evening, her eyes lock on someone she thought she'd never see again: Talon McCoy. The intensity of their shared history rushes back, leaving her breathless. He's still undeniably attractive, his sandy blonde hair, striking blue eyes, and well-defined muscles igniting a fire deep within her. But just as she finds a new life, Talon's presence reminds her of the love she once lost—and complications she thought were behind her.
Talon, known as Razor within the Devil Dawgs MC, has not forgotten Crimson. For sixteen years, he has been carrying the weight of heartbreak, thinking she abandoned him. He'd chosen to distance himself from his family and their feuds, building a life with the brothers of his motorcycle club. Seeing her again makes him question everything, especially her transformation into a fierce, confident woman who can hold her own in any situation. The connection they once had is undeniably alive, but will the reality of their past hinder any hope for a future together?
Together, Crimson and Talon must navigate the treacherous waters of family loyalties, suppressed feelings, and the danger that comes with their histories. Will they find a way to break the cycle of conflict, or will their pasts tear them apart again?
Crimson is available on Amazon and Kindle.
Happy Reading.
