Separate hardback/paperback thumbnails

Hi,
As you can see, the hardback of this book doesn't have a cover here. My paperback and ebook both have one, and the hardback on Amazon has one, though. But they all show up as a separate books. Is there a way to combine the paperback/hardback/ebook for the same title or at the very least get the cover added to this hardback book?
