SPOILER WARNINGS

With this book the series comes to an end, and I can’t say I’m sad it is over. I was quite disappointed with the ending to this book, as whilst we know what happens to Count Olaf, we don’t get full closure on the Baudelaire children and what will happen to them as they sail away. I was left with so many unanswered questions, that I actually feel annoyed, and so my rating of this book is more reflective of that than anything else.
