I love this cover and that is my main reason for picking this one up. It is just so gorgeous and promises to be a lot of fun.

Victoria Digby is an easily likeable heroine. She's strong and intelligent and she feels strongly about protecting her hometown and everyone in it. To the point of breaking all the rules her uncle has put in place. She's trying hard to be good but the arrival of a stranger truly stirs things up. And of course, bigger things are in play. There is a particular word that I really wanted to shout out here BUT it's such a spoiler so I won't.

I love the name of the town, Chuzzlewit, (Dickens fan here) and that big twist was actually quite interesting. I would love to learn more of the backgrounds of these characters. Too bad, there isn't any more books!
