It appears to be the paperback edition and you can use the combine link on your profile to put it together with the other one.
You can also add a cover if you like.

I wonder why we cannot remove books from our profile ourselves? When I applied to the Author program, it asked me which books were mine or not mine from the list, and I carefully selected all these to get rid of them. But here they are.
