Remove me as editor of a book

Hello
I am listed as a contributor to this book by the author but do not wish to be.

Both the author and I have tried to remove my name from the listing but just Received an ERROR. Could somebody please help remove my name from the book?

First, this does not require a superlibrarian. Please post future requests in the "Book & Author Page Issues" folder.

Second, you seem to have removed yourself as an author yourself, so I'm not sure what you are requesting, even less so from a superlibrarian.
