[BWF] Ghosts of Karnak by George Mann ★★★½

I'm always partial to anything Egyptian in novels so I'm very excited noting the title mentioned Karnak. Unfortunately, most of the novel is still set in New York but features Egyptian god/goddess who come to New York to settle their empires there. And while the main duo of The Ghost and detective Donovan fight to protect the home they love, this time, they are not doing it alone. There's a team! I'm so keen to see how this team will work together in the next book. These characters are great addition to the story and bring a much-expanded complex dynamics.
