Reordering books in series

There is a book that I just added to an existing series. However, the numbering order of the series is off and I cannot figure out how to move that book up the series list to its correct position.

The series edit page says "(drag and drop to reorder)" but I can't do it. I believe I am supposed to drag the icon with and up/down arrow but it is not working. What am I doing wrong? How should I proceed?

Yes, you will drag the arrows icon, but you will also need to manually edit the numbers.

I did manually edit the number, but the book shows at the bottom of the page.

I cannot figure out how to do the drag and drop.
