Book No Longer Showing?

Hello! I had this book uploaded with the sales aggregator "Publish Drive" for a little while, but have since pulled it down. When it was listed with them, the GoodReads link generated, but came down when we delisted. I purchased another ISBN and have relisted it myself on both Amazon and Ingram, and am hoping we can get this reconnected here. Now, that I've deleted all information from publish drive, I believe the original ISBN will work for this title, but if not, I'll include the second one just in case. Many thanks!
