I am trying to list a giveaway and I keep receiving an error message that the message to non-winners must be under 1000 characters. In Word, it says my message is under 1000 characters (even with spacing). Even then, I went ahead and took out some characters and I keep getting the same error message. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to resolve this issue?
