For Option 4, it doesn't have a rule about how many in the series. Does this mean I can read The December Market? This book just came out and it is the second in the series.

This task is related to the months of the Winter challenge – December, January and February. This is a two-book task, pick one book for two different options. No children's books, manga or graphic novels are permitted for this task, and each book must be a minimum of 250 pages.
Required: Specify the options.
Option 1
December, January and February are the 12th, 1st and 2nd months of the year
Read a book with a variant of the number 12, 1 or 2 in the TITLE ONLY.
It may appear as words or numbers; whole numbers or ordinals so 12 : 1: 2 : Twelve, One or Two; Twelfth; First and Second and 12th, 1st and 2nd all work.
Numerals should be Arabic numerals, not Roman numerals (i.e. not XII, I, II)
Example:
12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos

These months end with BER and ARY – as we did BER last season we are going to use ARY for this season. Read a book with a word in the TITLE ONLY that ends with "ARY"
You can use the months themselves or words such as "Diary" "Sanctuary"

Option 3
Read a book whose SINGLE author's first and last (middle can be ignored) initials use only the letters "ARY"
For the purposes of this task you can use the letters more than once

Read a book that is # 12, 1 or 2 in a series. The number must be shown in greyscale on the GR record
