Libby is an app where you can borrow books electronically and in audiobook format. But you need a library card to access it and it will only give you titles that library has available on the card. Plus it works like a regular library system where you have to put books on hold if there is a waiting list for it and you can borrow it for a limited time like 2 weeks. I use it, it can be annoying to wait for books to be off hold so you don’t always get to read what you want when you want it but that’s that

Our local libraries used to use Overdrive, but has switched to Libby http://libbyapp.com which we like better.

Our area has a lot of libraries that cooperate with each other, so the wife and I have 5 library systems that we can get audio books from. It only takes a few minutes to get a library card.
