[Replied] Can I request a book if the ISBN is missing?

Hi! I'd like to ask for a book to be added, but it doesn't have - as far as I know - an ISBN code. It was published in 1997 and it is impossible to trace back an ISBN. I tried using the national library catalogue and isbndb, but I wasn't provided with any information.
Nonetheless, I have all of the other datas: title, author, publisher and year of publishing, number of pages and a link for the cover image.
Is there a possibility it will be added?

If it meets the criteria for database inclusion it can be added without ISBN, most books have them, but not all.
