Thanks Elisa. However, I've noted that this links to a completely different and wrong Author (one in Texas). The Mark Graham of this particular book is a New Zealander (though living in Queensland, Australia for most his life now) and likely he hasn't written any other books.

Interestingly, it cites additional authors (I thought as much that it was ghost-written, but no mention in the actual book - though i now notice that on the inside back flyleaf it says "as told to .....".)
