Because I just finished Incidents Around the House (finally came in from the library.) And I really liked it. Great Coraline-ish vibes, very visual for all the limited descriptions.
My critique: Malorman doesn’t get kids ages very well. Narrator cannot be older than six.
Still quite a page-turner. I lost some sleep— had to see the ending. For something that doesn’t rely on body-count, there’s a lot of dread.
