So I saw you claimed the Thorne brother, and I wanted to touch base about that, since I created the family/created the younger sister. I linked her and the other finished family member below for you, and Rory's matriarch is wip right now.
The Thornes are in the nobility registry, but just so you have some information when creating him:
They run the medical facilities in Voxthain, and are actually good people and care a lot about helping everyone, not just the nobility. The father died when the daughter was seven or eight, and he had been a commoner, so the Thornes are sometimes scoffed at because their mother married a commoner, including some in their own family (reading Vali and Kieran's profiles could help paint a bigger picture)
My only thing for the older brother was that he close to his sister, but other than that, I had no idea for him, so whatever you want is probably fine. Oh! And the family is Black, so for face claims, something to keep in mind.

i really don't know. so, they're family was pretty well-off, but not like super rich, and their father was absent a lot due to work, right? would their dad be like, wanting one of them to take over the business one day (if he has his own business) or something like that? or maybe their family has been in politics for a while? like, what's the reason they're both councilors?
Dad was off on business a lot. They were raised by mom mainly, that's how Maverick adopted the girly interests he has. I don't really have details on dad's business. Umm... we could say politics or smtg? Maybe mom was a loved councillor and gave her place to her daughter and Maverick ended up getting a position a year or two later following in his mom and sister's footsteps? Do we want dad and mom dead or alive as well?
Sounds good.hmmm... idk. do we wanna have dad parent deaths in their backstory? (that could add to it, maybe they grew even closer afterward) but we could also have their parents alive, since everyone seems to die young in this group lol
Let's have mom alive and dad is dead. He died on whatever missions he'd be out on but left the family with enough financial stability. They never found his body and the kids never got closure? That let them grow closer? How old would they be when he died?

This is what I was thinking. Europa is still very much an outsider and she’s most familiar with the people on the council. She doesn’t know that Sapphira and lala are getting closer, but she does know about the Delacroix reputation and just wants to drive a wedge wherever she can, even if it’s ultimately unsuccessful
