book not showing up in a search

Hello,
My book Cancer Confidential is about cancer and the emotional reactions it provokes.
Yet when I perform a search on Goodreads using the term "cancer" it does not show up.
How can this be fixed?

I did a search by ISBN & title & your book came up for me. With a common subject matter like cancer I think you are expecting too much of Goodreads notoriously wayward search engine.

But Librarians are volunteers & this site's functionality is nothing to do with us.

Thanks, Carol. It's good you can find my book by searching the title and ISBN but what I am concerned about is people searching for books about cancer and missing my book because it doesn't show up. I'll reach out to the Support team to see if they have any answers. Cheers.
