These are two different Kindle editions with different ASINs, why merge them? Policy is to keep all Kindle editions.
Goodreads bot updated the ASIN B0DM2B49GN. When I posted this request, the ASIN number wasn't there. Now the bot keep me at weird spot. "amazon_catalog updated the book 魔法の宅急便 その1 by Eiko Kadono

I see, a new bot craziness, adding Kindle ASINs that were never available. However, after I merged I had a closer look and I realized that the edition merged was not even the same book - it was volume one, which is now merged with the edition of all six volume. Oh well.
Oh, but I have compared their cover side by side, didn't noticed any differences. They both have the word "全６冊合本版" (Google translated to " All 6 volumes combined edition") at the bottom left of the cover.The cover for volume 1 is quite similar though except for the word "全６冊合本版" https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...
I guess the person who created the entry mistakenly put on wrong cover
