Conflicted on picking my next read!

I’m just about finishing King of Wrath by Ana Huang. I read Binding 13 before that and decided to take a 2 book break before jumping back into Keeping 13 so I am reading one more book after King of Wrath.

I have 2 books I want to read but I’m conflicted what to choose. First one is “The Mistake” by Elle Kennedy. I didn’t like The Deal, I gave it 2 stars but I heard Dean’s book is one of the best so I do wanna continue the series in hopes for that.

The second book is Cruel Prince by Rina Kent. I want to dive into the Rina Universe and I know it’ll take me a lifetime to complete but still.

I want a lighthearted book which isn’t as emotionally damaging as the BOT series. Kind leaning towards The Mistake because it’s not that long but if Cruel Prince is addicting I don’t mind.
