FIRST TIME FANTASY READER

What is a good book recommendation for a first time fantasy reader other than Harry Potter….. I need something that will get me hooked that is written well without too much wordi-ness. Preferably with a nice romance….. any recommendations?

I'll recommend my first fantasy, it was One Dark Window. I always recommend it, it will definitely hook you to the genre

The Folk of the Air series is so good and I always recommend it to anyone wanting to get into fantasy!

the Shepherd King duology is REALLYYYY good, but if you want a fantasy with a bigger romance plot I'd say the Once Upon a Broken Heart series!!
