The Goodreads listing says 'unbound' so what does the image represent?

This is paperback. Arete definitely does not publish unbound books, which can be checked on their website. It's probably an error in translation. Paperback in Serbian is "meki povez" (sometimes listed as "povez: meki"). Unbound would be "neukoričena" or "bez poveza".

This should have been sorted out before requesting cover. I don't have the language skills to deal with these, please post a request to fix format at 'book & author page issues', they should be able to add the cover at the same time.
