Merge books with same author

Could you please put this book under my account for B. E. Fournier? I already have Family Murder Night, my first book, under my account, but for some reason my second book (Dead Men....) is showing up under a new account for my author name. Could you merge this second book with my current account so I don't lose my reviews?

Done. If you could remove the space from your initials on Amazon that would solve the problem for the future.
