I have come across 2 different books that are on the same record, They are books #2 and #3 in the series, The Golden Gate Chronicles, by Karen Barnett. Their titles are Beyond the Ashes (#2), ISBN: 9781426781414 and Through the Shadows (#3), ISBN: 9781426781452 .
