I believe that librarians can take care of this issue instead of staff since neither author page is claimed as a Goodreads author profile, but if I'm mistaken, please let me know.

The following author pages need to be merged:

The pages are separated because of a difference in punctuation. The first one uses a right apostrophe (’), the second one uses a neutral apostrophe ('). According to the author's own website (https://www.mike-odriscoll.com/), the neutral apostrophe is the correct one.

There are over 60 books on one of the profiles. You are certain they are all by the same author?

Yes. If you take a look, the vast majority of those books are short story anthologies and magazines that O'Driscoll contributed stories to.
