I'm back from eating breakfast and am going to go back to some focused reading for a bit, but later in the afternoon I'm definitely going to listen to an audiobook and go for a walk in a nearby park.
It‘s 18:00 here and I have just been on a 3-hour walk with a friend and her dog. Spent Hour 4 listening to my audiobook and will be off again to meet a friend in half an hour. I will read my ebook now for a little while, Autonomous…
I'm hoping to meet my step goal every hour.So as soon as the sprint ended I made sure to walk around to get those 250 steps.
I'm going to move around with showering and eating breakfast this next hour. I will definitely be doing some proper exercise later. Thank goodness for audiobooks!
It is 6pm for me. I was already out with the hubby. So I am happy to sit down now that it is getting colder and darker.
It is 9am here as well. I started my readathon with a 30 minute walk with Bailey dog!We will walk again tonight.
I am doing a few stretches. It will give me a bit more energy for reading and then relax me for nap starting Hour 8.
Oh, good idea. I'm starting to feel creaky lol Maybe I'll throw on the audio book and go for a walk.

I don't know about you, but I have been sitting on my butt reading this entire time and have not moved very much yet today. It's 9am for me and the sun has been out long enough that I feel comfortable enough to step outside. I'm going to take an audiobook with me for this next hour while I go for a walk around my neighborhood to get my muscles and joints moving for the first time today.
Please join me in finding a way to move your body and take care of you during this hour. Our bodies will thank us later!!
